Seesmic desktop 2 has just launched and released to users in September 2010. Good news from Seesmic is there are 40+ plugins available for download from Seesmic marketplace. Integration of plugins in Seesmic desktop 2 could make all your media social updates show in overview and only in a page in different columns.

You can customize your apps updates accordingly by adding/removing accounts from Seesmic Desktop 2. For example, you can add a lot of social media, twitter, LinkedIn, Google Buzz, Facebook, Youtube and many more. Check the Seesmic marketplace for all the plugins.

How to use

The steps to install the Seesmic Desktop 2 is super easy. but please take note, Seesmic Desktop 2 is a Silverlight application, you need to install the Silverlight before proceed to install SD2. Well, SD2 will direct you to download the Silverlight if your PC is with no Silverlight installation)

Welcome –> Click Next

Step 1 – Add your accounts (You may have plenty of accounts)

Step 2 – Customize your columns by using left sidebars

Step 3 – Let the whole world know your status

Step 4 – Extend with plugins (Check the plugin marketplace)
