It has been awhile I stopped playing game but today I wonder to install back my favorite game Warcraft 3 and play DOTA online. Dota 2 is out for beta but you will need license key to try it. Anyhow, today I’ll have tutorial for you how to install Warcraft 3 Reign Of Chaos & Frozen Throne. Let’s get started after the break.

Pre-Installation Requirements

1. Firstly, you need a PC with Windows. [I install in Windows 8]

2. You need original Warcraft 3 Reign Of Chaos & Frozen Throne CD.

3.  Internet service for downloading latest patch.

4. Lastly, time for installation.

Step By Step Installation [Part 1 – Reign Of Chaos]

1. Insert your Warcraft 3 Reign of Chaos CD into your CD-ROM.

2. Click Install Warcraft 3 Reign Of Chaos.

3. Key in your unique CD Key for installation and click OK.

4. Choose your installation location then proceed for installation.

5. Wait couple of minutes for complete installation.

 

Step By Step Installation [Part 2 – Frozen Throne]

1. Same procedures, insert you Frozen Throne CD for installation.

2. Click Install Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne.

3. Key in your unique CD Key for installation and click OK.

4. Choose your installation location then proceed for installation.

5. Wait couple of minutes for complete installation.

6. You will be prompted to create shortcut on desktop, click Yes.

Step By Step Installation [Part 3 – Patch Installation]

1. You need to update your War3 with the latest patch.

2. Download it from US.battle.net . I suggest to download the full patch from this website.

3. The patch size is pretty large, near to 60MB.

4. Download it and install in your PC.

5. Once installation done, you can play the latest version of your Warcraft 3.
