I got tons of applications running on my Samsung Galaxy S3. I don’t feel any lagging with it. I satisfy very much on the Galaxy S3 performance except the battery performance. It was running out too fast, I lost 50% of battery just after 5 hours with 2 hours heavy use. I had disable auto-sync, dimmed my screen and turned off GPS which I don’t use it most of the time. Lastly, I checked the background running programs. Wow, there were a lot of programs running at the background. I don’t feel laggy because of the huge size of 1GB RAM on SGS3. In fact, all the programs had used up about 80% of the RAM. I found some stock Samsung Apps were running too which I completely do not it. I decided to disable all of them.

Follow steps below to disable unnecessary background running programs.

1. Goto Settings –> Applications Manager.

2. Click on the Running Tab to show what apps are now running.

3. After check your unnecessary apps, select All Tab to show all the applications.

4. Select those apps which wish to disable.

5. Click on the app and it will bring you to the page where you can disable them.

6. Disable them and it will not be running at the background anymore.

I disable all the stock unnecessary Samsung Apps like All SharePlay. Disabling the unnecessary applications definitely will help you to reduce batter consumption. I hope it really help to save some battery for more important usage.
