Asus Padfone 2 has official launched today on 16th October in Taiwan. It is powered by 1.5GHz Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor with 2GB RAM. The 4.7 inch 720p Super IPS LCD (1280 x 720 pixels) from Sharp is vividly clear and sharp in color. The rear camera has been upgraded to 13 MP together with 1.2 MP front camera. The dock station tablet has been well improved in hardware design with back cover removed. The dock tablet is now lighter and thinner. However, Google is not flavor on Asus. Asus Padfone 2 will be shipping with Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.3 but Asus has their word on the Jelly Bean update soon in future. Black and white color will be available upon shipment.
