Firstly, don’t get me wrong. This post is not guiding how to remote control your PC with Galaxy S3 or any android device but versa vise. it use your PC to remote control your android device like Galaxy S3. Why do I care about it? I care it so much because when i was at home, I use my iMac or pc to all the time and I wish to have check all my phone notifications thru desktop machine instead of checking the phone all the time. It helps to save a lot of time to check the cell phones instead. TriangleAway, an android app to sweep away the flash counter number in your Samsung android devices. Many of the Samsung devices has the rom flash recorder named flash counter to record how many times you have flashed the custom firmware ROM to your device. There will be a triangle warning sign to alert you that you are NOT in stock firmware and have done some flashing on the devices. If you have the original stock ROM Samsung Galaxy S3, the counter should be 0. It will increase after you start doing flashing on it. Triangle Away helps you to reset the counter back to 0. It is extremely dangerous operation to reset the flash counter as could potentially brick your phone if you have missed out steps or any interruption happen during the process. So, do it carefully, and follow step by step. Sorry, if i have frighten you. The biggest benefit of using Triangle Away is, to “restore” your Samsung warranty when you have problem with the hardware. Rooting and flashing custom ROM will break the warranty of your device, Samsung will check the flash counter to decide to accept and repair your device.

I love Sony Xperia S very much actually but I didn’t buy it. The reasons I love it is because of the elegant design from Sony in interior software and exterior hardware.Sony Xperia S is a very good looking android device together with the well design & configured android ROM. To be very honestly, I have no idea how awesome is Xperia S Gallery until I found it today. There were some gallery features that I never think of having it in my ICS ROM in Galaxy S3. The Xperia S Gallery come with time sorting, maps (geotagging) and online services. Xperia S Gallery is now ported to all ICS ROM, it should works for all ICS ROM. I found it even works in my Jelly Bean Nexus S. Look really cool, love it!! Have fun!!

Google play store in blue, is that cool? Thanks to Xda-developer Camblue who release the inverted blue color Google Play Store for v3.8.15 which actually is Jelly Bean Google Play Store. Google Play Store in v3.8.15 brings 2 new features which is gift card and wishlist. You can your app, music or movies in to wishlist or send as gift. The Google Play Store In blue come with zip format but not apk format. You need to flash the zip file via ClockWorkMod CWM Recovery. I just flashed it on my Nexus S, pretty cool and works beautifully in Jelly Bean. Olympic London 2012 is hot now. Everyone is looking and paying attention on the matches and results of Olympic games 2012. Same to me here. I feel to take part on the Olympic games and get my own Gold medal but it is not possible in real. I believe most of the smartphone users has made smart phone monthly subscription plan with some tele companies, so do I. Most of the subscription plan includes 3G/4G/LTE data plan, voice call minutes, SMS, MMS and maybe voice mail. If you are heavy voice call users, you make a lot of call everyday and you worry you use exceeding voice call monthly minutes quota, then you may need an apps to monitor the total voice call in minutes you have made in a period of time. To me, I use SMS mostly and I do monitor how many total SMSes I have sent out to avoid extra changes once it hits the quota. I would say, exceeding SMSes and voice call quota is not a big deal as it doesn’t charge that expensive. How about exceeding your 3G/4G data usage limit?? It is headache when you see the bill at the end of the month.

Flashing ROM is easy, getting a good ROM and maintain it is difficult. I have been using NexusMV custom ROM for age as I think it is the best custom ROM for ICS Nexus S. However, checking the ROM update from Xda or from developer is tedious. In order to make sure you have the latest update of your custom ROM, here I introduce you an app to check the custom ROM update of your android device. Anyhow, that are NOT 100 percentage of the custom ROM update can be found here. The application will remind and notify you if your ROM update is available. Besides that, the app will recommend you what other custom ROMs are available for your android device.

Smart Stay is one of the great feature in Samsung Galaxy S3. Smart Stay is a feature where the phone is smart enough to remain the screen display being turned on by detecting whether the user is continuing looking on the screen. The screen will automatically turn off if the users are not looking on the screen anymore. This great featur avoids you pressing the power button to wake up the device. By having this great feature, you will at least need an android device with front camera which actually to detect your motion in the program background. Now, you can enjoy Smart Stay in any of the android devices but not only Samsung Galaxy S3.
