HTC Butterfly is now available in Malaysia from 2 of the largest telcos in Malaysia, Maxis and DiGi. Maxis is offering as low as RM1,188 with TalkMore78 plan and RM1,288 for SurfMore75 plan. On the other hand, DiGi is offering as low as RM1,399 for DG Smart Plan 88. Both offers above are came with 24months contract. If you feel there is no suitable iPhone 5 mobile and data plan for you from Maxis, Maxis understand clearly on that and they had also move fast to push out new iValue Simple Plan for iPhone 5 with even lower and more affordable price. This could be also business strategy to counter attack their market rivals like Celcom and Digi with their plans revealed. Anyhow, the plan looks good and more suitable to students and light mobile users. Celcom has finally reveals the iPhone 5 plan and package today. 3 plans were released today, iPhone 5 Prime, Premier and Elite. In fact, you have 4 options for your iPhone 5 because iPhone 5 Prime provides 2 different options. 12 and 24 months plans are available from Celcom. DiGi is offering 3 iDiGi plans for iPhone 5, iDiGi 88 (1GB data), 138 (3 GB data) and 238 (5GB data). Different from Maxis, DiGi is only offering 24 months tenure for iPhone 5 with these all 3 plans. The most awaited phone of 2012, iPhone 5 from Apple, has finally landed on Malaysia. This is not rumour as it has been confirmed by Apple, officially in the press release info. iPhone 5 will be hitting Malaysia on 14 December officially. Besides that, there are total 50 more countries to receive iPhone 5 in December before Christmas in different time schedule. South Korea is the first who receive in this week 7 December, following by 20+ countries on December 14 (Malaysia is one of them) and the last batch on December 21 for the rest of the countries.

Since the launch of iPhone 5 in last month, everyone is waiting it to come to Malaysia. Rumor reported that iPhone 5 should appear and start selling in Malaysia by end of this October month. It could be very true after seeing the Maxis iPhone 5 promotional banner appearing. We believe the banner should be used for next week iPhone 5 official launch event on 19 October.
