Finally, Maxis has released the price and plan on Samsung Galaxy SII. I received RIO email from Maxis on the latest update of Samsung Galaxy S2. Maxis is offering a special price RM799 to the first 300 customers at the Maxis Samsung Galaxy SII launch event. The first 300 customers will need to purchase at least 3GB data plan on 24 month contract. The launch event date is 22 June 2011, 3pm to 10pm, Venue is Centre Court, Mid Valley Megamall. If you are not in KL, sorry to say that you have to pay a little bit more to get your lovely Galaxy SII, RM200 rebate offering still available on 500MB, 1.5GB & 3GB 24 months data plan from 22 June to 22 July 2011. Everyone loves Valentine’s Day.. So do I.. Maxis is now promoting Huawei IDEOS android phone by offering a very attractive price. I would say it is worth to get this phone with such low price, surprisingly it comes with Froyo 2.2 OS (quite up-to-date), 256RAM 512 MB ROM and the internal memory can be extended to 32GB (even higher than my Nexus S). 2.8 inches of touchscreen is pretty acceptable. The display might not that sharp as other android phone, 240×320 pixels.  Never got a chance to hands-on, however, the commercial ads below was really attractive. Have a look!!
