Nvidia has released their latest GeForce 314.14 beta display drivers. The new beta driver is applicable for GeForce 400, 500, and 600 series of Nvidia Graphic Processors units. Since the beta release version is available for different models of graphic processor, you may see performance differ between models and models. The performance improvement are significantly and obviously to be observed on GeForce 400, 500 and 600 series of GPUs. For example, GeForce GTX 680 has significantly improved the performance by 23 percent in Sniper Elite V2 (Games) and up to 9 percent boost in Sleeping Dogs (Games).

Mobile platform OS is getting more important and popular. After the emerge of iOS and Android, lately we saw Ubuntu Touch as well as FIrefox OS running on mobile devices. Jolla Sailfish OS is one of the new OS platform for mobile devices. As promised, Jolla Sailfish SDK is delivered to public on Feb 2013. Jolla Sailfish SDK is now open for download to public (Developers). The Jolla Sailfish SDK is only available for desktop linux base, 32 and 64bit. Firefox OS is still at alpha stage towards to official release which expected to be happened on early 2014. It was still about a year to go. However, Firefox has approached Sony to build hardware for future Firefox OS devices. Sony had agreed and is working hard now in the Firefox OS development to associate with Xperia devices. Two days ago, Sony showed off their latest Firefox OS based running Sony Xperia E smartphone. Xperia E is a low-end smartphone which suit perfectly with early phase Firefox OS. The Firefox ROM is now available for Xperia E, download it and develop your own if you are interested. We expect more from Firefox OS in the next beta release soon.

I believe this is the best news of the day for those who are looking to get a new gadget lately. Samsung has confirmed the debut of Samsung Galaxy SIV on March 14 in New York. Undeniable, Samsung Galaxy S4 is the most anticipated android smartphone in 2013. The device should be available globally as early as April. There were rumors flying around about the full specification of Samsung Galaxy S4 yet none of them has been confirmed. However, Galaxy SIV is expected to have 4.99inch full HD 1080p screen display (Not Super Amoled display), 1.9GHz Qualcomm Snadragon 600 Quad core processor (Not Samsung Exynos), plastic body cover but with aluminium edge of device, 32/64GB storage and more.
