Oodie Miui Prime is a modded stock Miui 4 ROM  with Matr1x 17.o CFS kernel. It integrated with the full features of android 4.0 oce cream sandwich. It is a rooted ROM, so you do not need extra step to root the rom.The Rom is beautiful and also the first MIUI 4 ROM i tried on my Nexus S. The UI is pretty cool and slightly different with previous version of MIUI. In this MIUI 4 ROM, it has the hardware acceleration feature being enabled too. It is smooth and stable.
